The software at PokerStars is top of the line. It's fully customizable and allows you to change just about everything to exactly the way you want it. The competition here is decent. They players get much better as you go up in stakes, but that's to be expected. Since Stars is always attracting new players there are for sure a fair amount of donkeys that can be found. The level of play in the tournaments and sit n gos is very soft and can be very profitable.

Pokerstars houses one of the best reward programs around. You earn VPP (VIP Player Points) by playing at the tables and these get you to different levels of the VIP program. You can be Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Supernova. Depending on which level you are you earn FPPs (Frequent Player Points) at different rates. For example Supernovas earn 3x the FPPs of bronze stars. These points can be redeemed at the FPP store which houses an amazing variety of products or they can be used to buy entries into tournaments.

The support staff at PokerStars is among the best in the business. They're staff is very knowledgeable and lightening fast at answering emails. The only small downside is that there's no live or telephone support.

This is a fantastic all around site and if it has one bad quality I have yet to find it. It's definitely worth a look.
